Hydrating ingredients such as glycerin and hyaluronic acid are staples in many households when it comes to skincare. Sodium PCA (also known as pyrrolidone carboxylic acid or proline), continues to receive the name recognition some of its fellow peers in the industry have garnered. It is often considered to be more effective than other humectants at retaining moisture levels in the skin. What else can sodium PCA do for your routine? We’ve only scratched the surface.
